About Me

For most of my life, I carried invisible wounds - the kind that come from childhood trauma and a deep need for love and validation that I never truly received. It shaped how I loved, how I worked, and how I saw myself. I chased worthiness through others, through constant doing, through anxious attachment.

In my twenties, I poured all of that energy into creating an NGO. It was born subconsciously out of my need to feel valued - and while we did beautiful, impactful work, it drained me completely. Emotionally, mentally, financially, and physically.

Right before I decided to close that chapter, I hit my lowest point. My body was inflamed, my cortisol levels were through the roof, my skin was breaking out, and my light was gone. My relationships left me feeling even emptier - always settling for crumbs because I was still seeking the love I never got as a child.

Then one day, I decided: enough.
I wanted to rebuild myself - wholly, intentionally, fearlessly.

Before the burnout, I was unstoppable. I was that girl who set goals, crushed sales targets, ran multiple side hustles, and never backed down. Somewhere along the way, I lost her to heartbreak and exhaustion. But she’s back now - softer, wiser, and more powerful than ever.

That’s how Varuna & Co was born - a space where I’ve gathered everything that helped me rebuild my life, piece by piece.

💰 My Budgeting Template was created to bring me back to financial stability and abundance.

💋 Sacred Siren was born from my need to channel the pent-up love and sexual energy within me - not through fleeting encounters, but through creativity, writing, and connection. I know so many women can relate to that unspoken longing.

🌿 And Amritam, my Ayurvedic skincare line, emerged from my three-year journey of studying Ayurveda to heal my body and restore my skin and hair - without the chemicals that once poisoned them.

Every product, every template, every word I share here has been created, tested, and lived through my own holistic healing journey.
